HAPPY NEW YEAR

It’s good to be back on line with my friends and supporters from around the world. 2008 was a year filled with blessings. The launch of the Chef Jeff Project and full-scale scholarships for the crew was an amazing experience for everyone who saw the project and connected with all the crew members. Pray for them as they move forward in their lives and in the decisions they make.
On a personal note, I am striving hard to continue my efforts to be a better father to my children and impact the lives of others. I will be sharing some very important information with all of you in the next couple of weeks. Check me out on Tuesday January 6th on the Today Show. I‘ll be whipping up a pot of King Crab Gumbo from my new cookbook “Chef Jeff Cooks”.
Thanks again for all your support in 2008. Be safe and stay focused on the dream.

As always Bon Appétit

Dear Chef Jeff--

I just wanted to wish you a happy and prosperous 2009. I have just finished reading "Cooked" after being inspired to learn more about you from watching you on the Chef Jeff Project. Your hard work and the many trials you have been through have earned you the respect and positions of prominance well deserved. To give opportunities back to disadvantaged and endangered young people who may be following the path you walked as a young man is a great gift to those who have been afforded an opportunity to meet you. There aren't many heros for young people to look up to, I am so happy that they have you as an example. Best wishes to you and your family.

Happy New Year Chef!! Can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve. I know 2009 will be a great year as well. If you can, please update us on the contestant's journeys to becoming professional chefs and improving their lives. I'd love to know how each of them is doing.

God Bless.

Hi!I had the opportunity to hear in speak in Hershey, PA at a conference in June 2007. I've been meaning to write you, but you know how fast time flies!!! Honestly, I missed some of your presentation...I'm not an "early bird"! But, what I did hear inspired me to read your book, which I also shared with my 17 year old. Just want to say...God Bless, keep sharing and giving back to our youth! Peace...

Chef Jeff:
I am working on a curriculum for prisoners about to be released and would like to communicate with you regarding using your story in the class. How would I get in touch with you or an appropriate person.

I am working with a non profit that is putting together a curriculum for prisoners about to be released. I'd like to be in touch about using your story in the classes. Please advise.
Thanks so much!

I know that you recently visited "Fare Start" in Seattle. I wanted to let you know that, as a result of The Chef Jeff Project, we became major donors to this organization. Your story and that of the show is inspirational. I hope to meet you here one day if you will be guest chef. Wishing you the very best. Kathy
